He is survived by: his parents, James R. Hoffmann and Pamela J. Hoffmann (Unger); his sister Melissa Hoffmann; his nieces, Ashley, Addyson Hoffmann and Kayna Jeske; and his aunt Judy Koch (Dave).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Genandt Chapel (602 N Elida St, Winnebago, IL 61088). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
