She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Louis and Bessie Irene Orth (Kramer); her husband Jim; and her siblings, Donald Orth, Lewis Orth and Juanita Curboy.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Barker (Erin) of Rockford and Cindy Shea (Dan) of River Forest; her grandchildren, Matt Dixon (Jill), Eddie Shea, Aidan Shea, Ben Simonovich, Leslie Simonovich and Cailyn Medley (Douglas); her great grandchildren, Royce Hall, Brayden Simonovich, Remi Medley, Everly Dixon, Vivian Dixon and Brooklyn Simonovich; and her siblings, Richard Orth, Mary Feltmeyer and Phyllis McNeil.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Genandt Chapel (602 N Elida St, Winnebago, IL 61088). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established for the First Presbyterian Church of Winnebago.
