He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert and Silvia Wilkins (Parmley); and his wife Shirlene Carson. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Keilback (Randy) and Donna Langholf (Lance); his grandchildren, Ryan Keilback, Kori Windom, Alexander Keilback, Rachel Bronkema (Joseph), Luke Langholf (Sara), Tyler Wilkins, Nickolas Wilkins, Jeremy Wilkins, Lindsey Grider and Brenda Horstman; his sisters, Mabel White and Roberta Johnson; and his son David Wayne Wilkins.
