He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Blanchard and Eva Blanchard (Etes); his wife Eddie Sue Rushing; and his sons, Robert and David Blanchard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Kevern (Roger) of Winnebago, IL, Bonnie Hitchcock of Oregon, IL and Carrie Dempiewolf of Oregon, IL; and his sister Marjorie "Dolly" Todd (Allen) of Minnesota. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren.
