She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Chamberlain and Katherine Chamberlain (Webster); and her sister Diane Lundstrom. She is survived by: her husband George Helton; her son Michael Helton (Tammy); her grandchildren, Sean Helton, Sabrina Helton, Samantha Helton (Billy Hopper), Kalup Griffis (Kyri Weiscope), Caitlin Mixon and Brianna Mixon; her great grandchildren, Ryder Mixon and Kaydin Mixon; her siblings, Alma Johnson, Ellie Forreske, Mary Salgado and Chuck Chamberlain; and her pets, Lenny and Pie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christenson Funeral Home (925 3rd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
