He is survived by: his children, Merrie Domino, Polly Smith, Lisa Smith and Dawn Richardson (Ron); and his grandchildren, Lee Anderson, Jason Domino, Erik Domino and Darren Richardson. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and many stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established later.
