She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Bohnen and Ruth Walters Bohnen; her husband John "Jay" Mommsen; her brother William J. Bohnen; and her brother-in-law James L. Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Kempff, Chris Mommsen (Robbin) and Quinn Mommsen (Anna); her grandchildren, Jack, Brendan, Katie Kempff, Luke Egly, Amelin, Wyatt Mommsen, Julia and Nathan Mommen; her siblings, Gail Bohnen Cummings, James E. Bohnen (Helen) and Stephen R. Bohnen (Jana); and her sister-in-law Linda Bohnen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
