He is survived by: his spouse Pat; his children, Hugh Mulligan III (Paulette), Martha Clarkson (David) and Laura Sullivan (Gerald); his grandchildren, Sarah McCuin (David), Hugh Mulligan, IV (Angela), Luke Clarkson, Peter Clarkson (Rachel), Maggie Sullivan, Allison Martin (Steve) and Jack Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Gabriel McCuin, Audrey Mulligan, Connor Clarkson and Audrey Martin. He is also survived by many friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the charity of your choice in Hugh's name.
