Linda E. VanFossen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2025, at the age of 66, Linda E. VanFossen in Winnetka, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Linda is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Linda's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William Emery Jr. and Maureen Phillips Emery. She is survived by: her husband Philip VanFossen; her daughters, Amy VanFossen and Christine VanFossen; her grandchildren, Owen Jones, R. W. Bentivegna, Eleanor Jones and Lily Bentivegna; and her brother Robert Emery. She is also survived by her daughters grow into mothers.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodstock Funeral Home (8855 Main St, Woodstock, GA 30188).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Cherokee County. Special Olympics, Children's Haven, or the American Cancer Society.
