She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Wagner and Shirley Wagner; her brother David Wagner; her nephews, Jeff Stirnichuk and Josh Cecil; her niece Stephanie Wagner; and her grandparents, Clayton and Dora Mae Endecott.
She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Cecil Jr.; her children, Elizabeth Cecil, Richard Cecil III (Garnet) and Anthony Cutler (Jessica); her grandchildren, Marshal Moffitt, Jack Cecil and Colton Cecil; her sisters, Mary Wagner (James Smith), Diane Divoky (Alan), Maureen Urbina (Rick), Trisha Walters (Brad) and Cindy Wagner; her mother-in-law Debra Likins (Lee); her siblings-in-law, Ramel Cecil, Robert Cecil, Shelly Smith (Aaron) and Rhonda Gray (Brent); and her close friend Sherry Hammack (Dan). She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
