She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Delmar and Ollie Velma Crane (McFadden); her siblings, Etoyce Wilemon, Darrell Crane, Eddie Crane and James Crane; and her daughters, Patty Jean Hughes and Priscilla Hughes (Gault).
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Koch, Linda Hughes (Tim), Joe Hughes and Tim Hughes (Emmie); her grandchildren, Scott Miller, Tracey Hatcher (Jeff), Michelle Koch, Matthew Gault, Melissa Gault, Melanie Esquivel (Duane), Sally Bluma (Skip), Andrea Munday (Kevin), Joshua Hatcher (Erica) and Madison Hughes; and her sister Juliour "Polly" Hamm. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; seventeen great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Congdon Funeral Home (3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or any cancer research.
