He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cindy; his children, Tyron Sanders (Christine), Leona Woltz, Christine Truster, Melissa Kreye (Eddie) and Terrielynn Albert (Michael); his grandchildren, Nick, Kayla, Elizabeth, Henry, Mason, Aiden, Josiah and Rosalind; his great grandchildren, Caden, Elora, Lucy and Ella; his sisters, Deborah Butts (Charley) of Winnsboro, Cheryl Hall (John) of Zion and Michelle Battisfore Phillips of Winthrop Harbor; his siblings' children, Nicole Crawford (Jon), Christina Hall, Kimberly Multz (Kyle), Brad Battisfore (Mary Dill) and Chad Battisfore; his uncle Art Goralski (Laurie); his parents, George H. Woltz and Dorothy L. Ash; his stepfather Ronald Ash; and his grandparents, Joseph and Helen Goralski.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Winthrop Harbor VFW (1112 Sheridan Rd, Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
