She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Bolding and Katie Bolding; her husband Joseph Martin; and her half-sisters, Freda Bolding and Maxine Anderson.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Jina Boerman (Mike) of Plainfield, IL; her daughters, Jaclynn Phillips (Brock) of Springfield, IL, Alyssa Whitlow of Springfield, IL and Bailee Radle (Eric) of Ocean Springs, MS.; her great grandchildren, Luke, Anna, Jenevieve and Baron; her daughters, Jackie Hubbard (Andy) of Ottawa, IL and Jodi Whitlow of Pawnee, IL.; and her sisters, Judy Smith and Della Mae McGee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In honor of JoAnne, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Witt Veterans Memorial Fund.
