She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Burkhead; and her stepfather Claude Bevins. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Burkhead (Bullington); her husband John'Jack'; her stepchildren, Zachariah Wrublewski, Christopher Wrublewski (Elizabeth) and Stephanie Hintzman (Tanner); her grandchildren, Jaida, Addison and Maximus; her stepgrandchildren, Skylie, Maliyah, Maverick, Elodie, Ophelia, Evangeline, Archie, Natalie and Michael; and her brothers, David Burkhead (Cindy) and Michael Bevins (Melissa).
