She is survived by: her husband Ronald Chapulis; her brother Norman Prokup (Beverly); her sibling's children, Norman Prokup, Kevin Prokup, Rob Saska and Julie Pieters; her brother-in-law Gary Chapulis; her sibling's child Zeke; and her cousins, Diane, Donna, Jules (Butch), Cathy, Janet, John, Judy and Jodi.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (254 N Wood Dale Rd, Wood Dale, IL 60191). A burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln Nation Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
