He is survived by: his wife Molly Mills; his sons, Anthony and Riley; his mother Mandi Elfgen; his stepfather Chad Elfgen; his father Jerry Stewart (Eyvette); his grandparents, Lois, Anthony Anzalone, Patricia Stewart, Marty, Sharon Byrd, Tracey, Kevin Sankey, Chuck, Karen Hohlbauch and Bob Fleming; his siblings, Nickolas Beem (Ellery), Evan Beem (Bailey), Kyler Elfgen, Chelsea Stewart (Charles) and Lauren Stewart; and his in-laws, Leslie Mills (Todd) and Bobby Mills. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in his memory be sent to 1st MidAmerica Credit Union in care of Molly Mills.
