He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baker of Alhambra, IL; his daughters, Dr. Audra Ward (Derrick) of Leawood, KS, Jamie Kuehl (Douglas) of Troy, IL and Kristi Perigo (Corey) of Pocahontas, IL; and his grandchildren, Barrett Ward, Skylar Perigo, Chase Kuehl, Quinn Ward, Addilynn Perigo and Hayley Kuehl.
