Bruce Carpenter Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 4, 2026, at the age of 57, Bruce Carpenter (Wood River, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carpenter of South Roxana and Betty Carpenter (Sullivan); and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his close friend Karen Dean of Hartford; his sons, Brenden Carpenter of Cottage Hills, Kale Carpenter of Hartford, Dillon Dean (Dylan Fuehne) of Alton and Dawson Dean of Hartford; his sisters, Dana Almeter (Steve McMahon) of Worden, Denise (Dave Hellrung) and Brenda Stovall of Booneville; his in-laws, Elaine and Richard Dean; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Stacy Dean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
