Bubba Ivester Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 30, 2026, at the age of 34, Bubba Ivester (Wood River, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Bubba had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Bubba may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian C. Ivester and Jacqueline Ivester (Hibbs). He is survived by: his children, Braden Ivester of Pontoon Beach, Colin Decker of Bethalto, Mason Decker of Bethalto and Brianna Ivester of Bethalto; his sister Joanne Hibbs of Meadowbrook; and his parents-in-law, Ed and Michelle Decker of Bethalto.
