He was predeceased by: his mother Toni Renee Davis (Stahlhut); his grandparents, John Clark, Jim and Elvera Davis; his uncles, Johnny, Danny Davis, Tim Cox (Laura) and Sam Titsworth; his aunt Beth Ann Davis; and his cousin Melissa Titsworth.
He is survived by: his father Michael Davis of Cottage Hills; his siblings, Mandy, Drew Marquis (Alyssa) of Godfrey, Carrie, Cody Atchetee (Marshall) of Houston, Texas, Megan and Nick Womack (Mady) of Van Alstyne, Texas; his grandparents, Ron, Janis Stahlhut and Sandy Clark; his aunts and uncles, Jodie, Wade (Meryl), Nicole, Kim, Kelly, Jimmy, Dee Ann, Janet, Linda, Karen (Steve), Jeannie (David), Joe (Tammy), Patti (Steve), Susie (Mark) and Tommy; his daughter Jazlyn Carroll; the mother of his child Jessica Carroll; and his pets, Kuma and Princess. He is also survived by his sisters, brothers-in-law.
