He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Rushton and Margaret Rushton (Lewis); his wife Barbara Bramlett; his daughter Julia Jones; and his siblings, Harold Rushton, Roy Rushton, Judy Walker, Sandra "Sis" McCartney, Raymond Rushton and David Rushton.
He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Fennewald; his granddaughters, Madelyn and Claire Fennewald; his siblings, Margaret "Babe" Spangler, Linda Gernigin, Sharon Seidler, Walter, Mike and Bill; and his friends, Scott and Amy Maberry.
