It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores L. Johnson (Wood River, Illinois), born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Howland and Blanche Howland (Griffin); her son Trevor Johnson; and her siblings, Joanne Delp, Norma Conrad and William Howland.

She is survived by : her daughter Lawana; her son-in-law Ross Wells of South Roxana; her grandchildren, Danny (Amy Wells), Melanie (Mark Davidson) and Megan (Justin Greco); and her sister Karen Jones of Jerseyville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pitchford Funeral Home (2555 Vaughn Rd, Wood River, IL 62095). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to Restoration Church, 3375 Fehling Road, Granite City, Illinois, 62040, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
