She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Copeland and Frances Copeland (Scoggins); her granddaughter Danielle Berry; and her siblings, Deborah Copeland, Shavonne Tate, Geneva Bush, Gene Copeland (Marcella), Jerry Copeland, Larry Copeland and Kerry Copeland.

She is survived by : her husband David Fraser; her children, Sonya Matthews of Oxford, Shelley (Matt Koon), John (Lavonne Berry) and Troy (Amey Fraser); her grandchildren, A. C. Eichholz of Antiock, Kirsten (Jarod Brown), Alex (Lily Fraser), Tabitha Berry of Oxford, Nick Matthews of Oxford, Aaron Matthews of Oxford, John Berry of Gillespie and Jesse Berry of Gillespie; her great grandchildren, Finn Berry of Oxford and Noah Berry of Oxford; her siblings, Linda (Ron Bartow), Carol Copeland of East Alton, Roger (Kathy Copeland), Kenny Copeland of Bethalto and Donnie (Jan Copeland); and her sisters-in-law, Theresa Copeland of Cottage Hills, Shirley Johnson of Bethalto and Chris Fraser of Roxana. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Children's Hospital or to the Gary Sinise Foundation for Veterans.
