He was predeceased by: his parents, James Beasley and Nellie Beasley (McClellan); his wife Sylvia Grant; his daughter Elaine Delap; and his siblings, Zelda, Robert "Jack", Kathryn, Pauline, Lucy, Amanda, Harry, Nellie, Lillian, Mabel, James, Bonnie, Mildred and Eugune.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Lankford of Bunker Hill, James Beasley (Kris) of Wood River, Harry Beasley of East Alton, Roger Beasley (Frances) of Bethalto, Terry Beasley of Wood River, Kevin Beasley of Bunker Hill, Wayne Beasley (Lori) of Wood River, Bruce Beasley (Cheryl) of Godfrey and Bryan Beasley of Bunker Hill; and his son-in-law John Delap of Norris City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixty – two great grandchildren, eleven great - great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
