It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris June Kleinert (Wood River, Illinois), born in Shawneetown, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Kleinert; her children, Kathy and Kelly; her grandchildren, Mica Badini, Tara Gruler, Ryan Walker, Dylan Walker, Sydney Slayden, Spencer Slayden, Seth Slayden, Jacqualine Stultz, Madison Stultz, Alexandra Stultz and Faith Stultz; and her great grandchildren, Giovanni Badini, Alyssa Badini, Piper Gruler and Wyatt Gruler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to LoveJoy United Presbyterian Church or the Zonta Club of Alton/Wood River.
