We bid farewell to Dorothy Darden of Wood River, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Starbuck and Ida O. Starbuck (Downer); her sister Marilyn; her brother-in-law Mehnert Flanders; and her brother Ernest Starbuck.
She is survived by: her siblings, Norma Curtis (Don) of East Alton and Dennis Starbuck (Carolyn) of Visalia, CA; her sister-in-law Evelyn Starbuck of Las Vegas, NV; and her siblings' children, Randy Starbuck (Elizabeth), Michael Flanders, Kenneth Flanders (Sharon), Michelle Uldall (John), Kimberly Flanders (Don Krouse), Stephanie Long, Scott Starbuck (Zann) and Amy Whitten. She is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews; 3 great-great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
