He was predeceased by: his parents, L. T. Moore and Olive Moore (Bates); his spouse Shirley Vogelpohl; and his brother Jerry Moore. He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Baron of Rosewood Heights; his son Robert "Big Bob" Burnham (Chrissy) of Bethalto; his grandsons, Myles, Austin (Jenna), Bradley and Josh; his great grandchildren, Raina and Tegan; and his brother Keith Moore (Judy) of East Alton.
