In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jacob leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jacob may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by: his fathers, Joe Baze of Godfrey and Steve Wade of Granite City; his children, Emmett and Evelyn Menke; his siblings, Zackary Baze of Godfrey, Joshua Baze of Portland, Malena Homer (Brendan) of Bethalto and Emma Wade of Bethalto; and his nephew Jordan. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials are suggested to the family and will be used for his children.
