He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Toner, Sr. and Lula Belle Toner (Red); his granddaughter Stevie Waggoner; his girlfriend Hazel Moyer; his daughter-in-law Cathy Toner; and his brothers, Charles "Chuck" Toner, Jr. and Maurice Toner.

He is survived by: his children, Jaimee Toner of Wood River, Timothy Toner of Rankin, IL, Karla Yotter of Casey, IL and Stephanie Waggoner of Rosewood Heights; his grandchildren, Pamela Boger (David), Laura Hale, Rachael Capriglione (Jerry), Brittney Yotter, Alisha Yotter, Toni Waggoner, Kalie Waggoner, Devon Toner and Brandon Toner; and his sister Judy Cohn of Town. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
