Janie Greene Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janie Greene of Wood River, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brewner and Gayle Brewner (Martin); and her brother Jimmy Brewner. She is survived by: her daughter Lauren; her son-in-law Daniel Reed of Glen Carbon; her grandchildren, Owen, Griffin and Queen; her sisters, Nancy Johnstone of Atlanta, Georgia and Kathi (Brian McGarry); and her siblings' children, Brennan McGarry, Sean (Cristina McGarry) and Julie Harper Brown.
