He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia "Pat" Nichols (Garrett). He is survived by: his father John "Nick" Nichols; his son Mason Nichols of Rosewood Heights; his siblings, Tami Stalcup (Tim) of Fosterburg, Lisa Guinnane of Ennis, MT, Johnny Scott (Linda) of Bethalto and Eric Nichols of Alton; and his in-laws, Kay, Darrell Lindsey of Alton, Jeff and Marsha Vore of Bethalto. He is also survived by his family, friends.
