She was predeceased by : her parents, John Cox and Vera Cox (Smith); her husband Gerald "Jerry" King; and her siblings, Nancy Embry and Stan Cox.

She is survived by : her daughter Dawn Renae; her son-in-law Michael Baysden of Brighton; and her sons, Ricky Lee (Kim King), Jerry Wayne (Crystal King) and Brian Keith (Becky King). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and many other extended family and friends.
