He is survived by: his parents, Terri Shoemaker of Alton and Charles David Fields of St. Paul, NC.; his daughter Kaydenze Fields of Wood River; and his brothers, Joseph Shoemaker of Wood River, Travis Lockhardt and Alan Shoemaker.
