She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Dixon and Grace Dixon (Bulander); her husband Willis G. Forrest; and her siblings, Mary Hunter, Clarence, Glen and Bill Dixon.
She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law April Forrest of O'Fallon, Illinois; her daughter Linda Holmes of Roxana; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Arnold, Pamela Holmes and Dawn Holmes; her great grandchildren, Alex Arnold and Adam Arnold; and her sister Betty Forehand of New Douglas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
