It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Daughhetee (Wood River, Illinois), born in Hartford, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Plummer and Alice Plummer (Vinson); her spouse Gene Daughhetee; and her brother Norman Plummer. She is survived by : her daughters, Diana (Pat Doyle) and Jeannie (Rick Huddleston); her grandchildren, Brian (Robin Doyle), James (Nadia Doyle), Amy (Chris Johnson), John Huddleston and Drew (Danielle Huddleston); her great grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Jacob Johnson of Christian, Kyle Doyle, Brian Dale Doyle, Riley Doyle, Owen Biegler, Wyatt Doyle, Ashlynn Doyle, Marshall Doyle, Colt Doyle, Quinn Doyle, Brynn Huddleston, Avery Huddleston, Addyson Huddleston, Zoie Huddleston, Lyndon Thies and Elias Thies; her great great grandchild Zaviah; her brother Paul; and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Plummer of Grafton, Judy Plummer of Hopkinsville, Jay and Sue Reed of Stillwater. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
