We bid farewell to Richard Ebrey (Wood River, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 16, 2025 at the age of 78. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ebrey and Thelma Ebrey (Carpenter); his daughter Nadine Ebrey; his siblings, Marilyn Shank, Dorothy Knox, Judy Ogle, Dixie Beddingfield, Leonard Ebrey and Kenneth Ebrey; his brother-in-law Bob Andrews; and his close friend Charles Marzucco.
He is survived by: his son Lee; his daughter-in-law Tonya Ebrey of Alton; his grandchildren, Alyson Ebrey (Josh Hensley), Georgia Dodson, Charles Dodson, Jeremy Myers (Josh Humes) and Matthew Myers; his great grandchildren, Raiden, MaKenna and Myles; his brother-in-law Jerry Stahlschmidt (Mary Lou Weininger); and his close friend Donna Westerfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
