Rita leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Rita’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Rita will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Rowe and Eleanor Rowe (Derby); her children, Nelson Ottwell (Hope) of South Roxana, Philip Loftis of Cottage Hills, Dawn Ivy of Cottage Hills and Angela Brown of Cottage Hills; and her brother Rick Rowe. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
