He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hall and Dorothy Hall (Crammer); his son Michael Hall; and his siblings, Mary White, Dorothy Murphy, Margaret Ann Cutchen, Patricia Sanders, Harry Hall and Charles Hall.
He is survived by: his son Gerald "Jerry" Hall (Kathleen) of Maryville; his granddaughters, Emily May (Chris) of Glen Carbon and Allison Frank (Kevin) of Shiloh; and his great grandchildren, Hadley May, Wesley Frank, Charlotte May and William Frank.
Memorials can be made to Shriner's Hospital in St. Louis.
