He was predeceased by : his parents, Owen Whitlock and Gladys Whitlock; and his brothers, Gene and Dennis Whitlock. He is survived by : his wife Sue Whitlock of Bunker Hill, IL; his children, Ashley Butler (Chris), Emily Whitlock and Seth Paul Whitlock; his granddaughter Molly Butler; and his siblings, Terry Whitlock of Cottage Hills, IL, David Whitlock of Wood River, IL and Betty Whitlock of Wood River, IL.. He is also survived by children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
