Chontofalsky of Wood River, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen Chontofalsky and Helen Chontofalsky (Aitkins); his daughter Carolyne Alzaidy; and his sister Theresa Martin. He is survived by : his spouse Maxene Slack; and his brother Michael Chontofalsky.
