He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Baker of Wood River and Virginia "Gina" Baker (Stilley); his daughter Casey Hartley (Lucas) of South Roxana; his grandchildren, Austin Elliott, Anthony Hartley and Makenna Hartley; and his siblings, Richard Baker of Wood River and Rona Swart (Gary) of Austin, TX..
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Marks Mortuary (633 E Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095).
Memorials are suggested to Alton 5 A's Animal Shelter.
