Sharon Storey Obituary
In loving memory of Sharon Storey (Wood River, Illinois), who departed this world on November 5, 2025 at the age of 84. Sharon leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Shirley and Margaret Shirley (Powers); and her brother Dale Shirley. She is survived by: her daughter Heather; her son-in-law Phillip Generally of Wood River; her granddaughter Mallory Lovings of San Diego; her brother Duane "Hop" Shirley of East Alton; her sister-in-law Janice Shirley of Edwardsville; and her nieces and nephews, Chris, Kyle, Craig, Christy, Lori and Rhonda. She is also survived by many great nephews, great nieces, nieces, and many other extended family.
In accordance with her wishes, Sharon will be gifted to St. Louis University for anatomical donation. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.
