He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Steven Kamp and Shirley Walmsley Kamp; and his stepmother Erma Kamp. He is survived by: his sons, James Richard (Samantha) and David Allen (Hanna); his grandchildren, Hazel Mae, Oliver Hayden, Ivy Elisabeth and Ada Marie Kamp; his brothers, Tom (Chris), Paul (Sherry), Andy (Laura) and Rich (Penie); and his cousin Rhondell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
