With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Blanco (Wood River, Illinois), who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Teresa is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Teresa's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Milfs and Judy Kay Milfs (Crouse); and her close friend Sam Shoemaker. She is survived by: her children, Caesar Blanco (Erin) of Littleton, CO, Desiree Ferguson (Scott) of Godfrey and Fallon Smith of Godfrey; her siblings, Randy Milfs (Lori) of Bailey, CO, Candi Randall (Scott) of Naponee, NE, Kelli Carson (Joe) of Bailey, CO and Lori Vigil (A. J.) of North Platte, NE; her uncle Bill; and her aunts, Carol Crouse and Betty Melton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
