He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Chamberlain and Edna F. Chamberlain (Insley); his brothers, Clarence "Bo" Chamberlain, Jr. and Charles "Shorty" Chamberlain; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Chamberlain, Candi Chamberlain, Angie Webster, Jennifer Bruggeman and Ronnie Slayden.
He is survived by: his son Thomas H. (Terri Chamberlain) of Wood River; his grandchildren, Gwen Chamberlain of Olive Branch, Madison Carol Chamberlain of Wood River and Alexis Marie Chamberlain of Wood River; his sister Mary Ann; and his siblings-in-law, John Dollar of Kendall Hill and Teddi Slayden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
