He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cook and Blanche Cook; his siblings, Terrie Skelton (Cook) and Ted Cook; and his niece Toni Skelton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Cook and Trudy Brown; his sister-in-law Jo Cook; and his siblings' children, Jeff Skelton, Jason, Jenny Skelton, Travis, Amy Cook, Ted Cook Jr., Tim, Crystal Brown, Tyler, Sarah Brown, Lisa, Lathy Martin, Tommi, Jacob Thien, Brandy and Ron Severns. He is also survived by his many great nieces and nephews and friends.
