He is survived by: his parents, Jacqueline "Jackie" Rushing (Bull) of East Alton and William Lawrence Russell of Edwardsville; his daughter Destiny Russell of Wood River; and his sister Erica Connell (Patrick) of Foley, AL. He is also survived by two nieces; a nephew; and cousins.
