He was predeceased by : his father Robert L. Henry. He is survived by : his children, Michael Henry of Henderson, Austin Henry of Woodhull, Illinois and Sandy Bardwell of Olympia, Washington; his pet Lola; his mother Phyllis Henry Strout (Green) of Alpha, Illinois; and his siblings, Duane Henry (Tonya) of Opheim, Illinois, Sue Peterson of Alpha and Kathy Cypert (Joe) of St. Cloud, Florida.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
