JC Edward Weems, 86, of Woodlawn, Illinois passed away at 2:04 P.M. August 20, 2019 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born May 12, 1933 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Howard Edward and Pauline C. (Higdon) Weems. He married Eunice Brenton on July 17, 1951 in Jefferson County, Illinois and she survives in Woodlawn.
