She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemmie Hudson and Sally Smith (Ford); her stepfather Donald Smith; and her brother Pete Hudson. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Laskowski of Woodlawn; her sons, James Laskowski (Melissa) of South Carolina and Kevin Laskowski of Dyersburg, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Kyle J. Laskowski, Sean Michael Laskowski and McKenzie Laskowski; her siblings, James Hudson (Tommie), Vanessa Hudson and Penny Presley; and her sister-in-law Trina Hudson. She is also survived by extended family includes numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
In keeping with her generous spirit, the family welcomes memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and/or Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
